Good for breakfast or as a snack in between meals.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 1 dash chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ice
Directions
  • Step 1 Grab a blender or Nutri-Bullet
  • Step 2 Add ice, fruit, yogurt, juice, protein powder and chia seeds
  • Step 3 Blend for a couple minutes until ingredients are combined.
  • Step 4 Pour the smoothie into a cup and ENJOY!
