Good for breakfast or as a snack in between meals.
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple juice or orange juice
- 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1 dash chia seeds
- 1/4 cup ice
- Step 1 Grab a blender or Nutri-Bullet
- Step 2 Add ice, fruit, yogurt, juice, protein powder and chia seeds
- Step 3 Blend for a couple minutes until ingredients are combined.
- Step 4 Pour the smoothie into a cup and ENJOY!
