Knowing the difference between good fat and bad will improve your health.  It's not easy to remember it all therefore printing out the list will help.  Also, just knowing what the good fats are is really all you need to know. 🙂


Next Steps...

Truth be told, I did not empower myself to learn all of these ingredients when I was sick.  But now to maintain this new healthy lifestyle, I make it a point to.  Now I'm no genius so I have this list handy on my food board.  May I suggest you do the same but maybe start by printing out just the list. 🙂
